Shipping & Delivery 

We want to get your products to you as soon as possible based on the postage options you have selected.

 

POSTAL METHODS

We will send your purchases using Royal Mail and you can select whether you'd like that to be first class, next day etc.Just to be clear, where 'next working day' is stated, this is usually dependent on the order being placed by 12 noon. Please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

 

DELIVERY TIMESCALES

We’d like to say we always meet our delivery timescales, but it wouldn’t be strictly true. Sometimes events beyond our control prevent this from happening. If it is our fault, we'll hold our hands up (though we promise this doesn’t happen often). If the delivery is going to be delayed, we’ll get in touch straight away to say sorry, and see whether you still want us to send the order. 

 

FREE POSTAGE

We know you all like free postage and we do offer it as part of a promotion from time-to-time but it is not an automatic 'right' for every customer. We have considered offering it all the time but the costs would have to be absorbed elsewhere (i.e. the price of the products going up and no-one likes that either). So, we use Royal Mail and let you choose whether you're happy to wait a few days to make it cheaper, or pay a little more to get your goods as soon as possible.

Covet & Crave Ltd is committed to protecting the privacy of anyone using our site and the confidentiality of any information that you provide us with. The purpose of this statement is to set out how we use any personal information that we may obtain from you. We will not pass on your personal, credit or debit card details to any third party.  We will never ask for your personal details via email. If you receive an unsolicited email asking you for your covetandcrave.co.uk log in details, please contact us immediately.

We are registered under the Data Protection Act and comply with the Act in all our dealings with your personal data.

Use and collection of personal information

In general you can visit our website without telling us who you are and without revealing any information about yourself. If, however, you use our site you will need to register and you will be asked to provide certain information such as your contact details. We will store this data and hold it on computer or otherwise.

We may use information that you provide:

(a) To register you with our website and to administer it.

(b) For assessment and analysis e.g. marketing, customer and product analysis, to enable us to review, develop and improve our services.

Returns & Replacements

RETURNS POLICY

If you want to return something, for any reason at all, that’s just fine. You have up to 28 days to make your mind up about any order. As long as we receive the returned item within 28 days of the receipt of your order, we’ll exchange or refund it, no questions asked.

Sale items work slightly differently. These have a seven-day return policy so that we still have a chance to get it back into stock before the sale ends.

 

RETURNS 

We thought about offering to pay for returns, but to do that would mean we’d need to absorb the costs in other areas – for example putting up the price of our products. We don’t want to do that, so decided to keep things as transparent as possible by letting you know from the offset that it’s our policy to ask you to pay to return goods.  It’s a good idea to send your items recorded delivery too.  Just in case.
